Station 74 has two styles of apartments, 2 or 4 bedroom apartments. All bedrooms have a private bathroom attached. Students over the age of 21 year olds will be given first preference.

Students desiring to apply for Station 74 must complete the Housing Applicaiton available on their account. 

All students parking at Station 74 are required to purchase a parking pass. Please visit Murray State Parking Office for more details. 

Guests without a Murray State parking permit will also need to register as a visitor through the Murray State Parking Office.

Station 74 does not have a regular dumpster, instead we have a trash compactor. The trash compactor is located within a black fence next to a white shed by Los Portales/100 block. Please adhere to the following:

• Use the green handle to open the door to the trash compactor.
• There is no top opening to the trash compactor so please don鈥檛 throw trash on top of the trash compactor. 
• Make sure the door is closed properly, you should here a metallic click. 
• The trash compactor will only activate after it has been closed properly after 3 times. 
• If the trash compactor is not operating properly please let the front desk know. 

All residents will receive an email for a link to access the Station 74 Resident WiFi. You have any troubles or issues please come to the front desk and we will assist you.

Each apartment unit has one mailbox in the Clubhouse that residents of that apartment can access with their key. The mailbox area is accessible 24/7. Small packages will be placed in the mailbox. Larger packages can be placed in a parcel locker and a key will be placed in the apartment mailbox, if space permits. All other packages can be pick up at the front desk in the Clubhouse during regular office hours. 

Station 74 is a pet-friendly facility. Prior to a pet entering your apartment, you must complete the pet registration application and all roommates must agree by submitting a form to have the animal in the apartment. Please see the Student Life Handbook for more details about our pet policy. 

For more details on accepted animals and requirements on each animal, please contact the Housing Office for more information.

If you are found with an unregistered animal, there is a $50 charge per day until the process is complete. There is a $50 charge for failure to clean up animal waste.
