Programs in Global Languages

New students can join programs in Chinese, Portuguese, and Spanish, with options from certificates to minors to majors. Our programs in French, German, and Japanese aren't accepting new students. You can find up-to-date information about which courses are required for each program by checking the Academic Bulletin for your year.

Each language major must select one course from the following list. Ask your language advisor if you would like to use a different course (at the 300 or 400 level and with an international focus) to fulfill the requirement.
