Make a Reservation
Requesting a reservation is as easy as 1, 2, 3...
Step 1 - Check the calendars at the bottom of this page for space/time availability. Email msu.carrhealthreservations@murraystate.edu with any questions you have.
Step 2 - Determine your classification based on our Fee Schedule. This will determine any related costs associated with your reservation.
Step 3 - Use the "Make a Reservation" link to request a reservation on the Google Form.
Following submission of the form, you will receive an email response stating whether or not your requested space is, indeed, available. REQUEST SUBMITTED AFTER 3PM MAY NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL THE NEXT DAY. Should your reservation require payment, a link will be provided via email to our online Marketplace for payment processing. You may also pay in person at the Wellness Center. Lastly, you will receive an email confirming your payment.
Fee Waivers
Registered Murray State student organizations wishing to request a fee waiver for the John W. Carr Hall activity space may contact us at msu.carrhealthreservations@murraystate.edu
