Mandatory Training related to Title IX
Federal regulations, specifically 34 C.F.R. Part 106.45(b)(10) requires institutions of higher education that receive federal funds, including 澳门开奖结果, to publicly post all training materials used to train Title IX personnel at the University. These individuals include the Title IX Coordinator and Deputy Coordinators, investigators, decision-makers (including hearing panel members), and any person who facilitates an informal resolution process. The University will continue to update this website to the extent necessary to comply with Title IX and its regulations.
The Title IX regulations require identifying trainings starting August 14, 2020. The full text of these regulations and the Preamble are available here. The list below includes some trainings prior to August 14, 2020, that relate to the implementation of the 2020 Title IX regulations. Trainings may be either internal or external trainings.
