Nutrition - Dietetic Internship
Nutrition - Internship Concentration
The post-baccalaureate Dietetic Internship and Master of Science in Nutrition (MS) is an online, 33 credit hour program with two concentrations: Internship Concentration and Non-Internship Concentration. The Internship Concentration is designed to meet societal need for highly trained nutrition professionals and help you meet Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) core competencies for entry-level dietitians. Aging demographics, obesity, accelerated rates of nutrition-related diseases such as diabetes, and advances in nutrition and genetic research are fueling the demand for highly trained nutrition professionals. Completing the Internship Concentration qualifies you to sit for the credentialing examination to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.
